iTypeThai.com is a Thai language typing training platform that helps users learn the Thai alphabet, vocabulary, phrases, and touch typing. The platform is operated by an individual based in Hong Kong SAR, trading as itypethai.com. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use iTypeThai.com. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@itypethai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

iTypeThai.com offers both free and paid content:

• Free: Thai alphabet learning (consonants, vowels, phonics) and limited preview of other modules.
• Level 1 Access (paid): Full access to Top 600 Words, Phrases & Dialogue, and Level 1 content.
• Touch Typing (paid): Full access to the Thai touch typing training module, designed for users who want to type Thai proficiently without looking at the keyboard.

Paid access is granted to the individual account only and may not be transferred to another person.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are in USD unless otherwise stated. Purchases grant lifetime access to the content available at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing paid users will not be charged additional fees for content they have already purchased.

We offer a 7-day refund on all paid purchases, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@itypethai.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform's code or content
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the flag/report system
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any paid content to others

All content on iTypeThai.com — including Thai language curriculum, exercises, audio recordings, interface design, and code — is owned by itypethai.com or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning purposes only.

Thai language itself is not owned by anyone. Our original teaching materials and platform design are protected.

We aim to keep iTypeThai.com available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

In the unlikely event that we discontinue the service permanently, we will notify users by email at least 30 days in advance and offer a pro-rated refund for recent purchases where applicable.

iTypeThai.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific learning objectives, that learning outcomes will be achieved within a particular timeframe, or that the content is free from errors (though we work hard to keep it accurate and welcome corrections via the flag system).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, itypethai.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@itypethai.com. Upon termination, your access to paid content will end and your data will be deleted within 14 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of iTypeThai.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
